Do you have a physical store?
Yes. We operate a physical retail store in Hammond, Indiana, where customers can browse a broader selection of products.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship orders within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders generally take 3–5 business days to process, followed by an estimated 3–7 business days in transit. The estimated total delivery time is 6–12 business days (Mon-Sat).
Do you charge for shipping?
No. We currently offer free shipping for orders within the United States.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow your shipment.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must generally be new, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you return an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is generally the customer's responsibility. If an item is confirmed to be defective due to an issue on our part, we will cover the applicable return shipping cost.
How long does a refund take?
After we receive and accept your return, we will process the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
